June 2026: In recognition of Father’s Day, Men’s Mental Health Month, and the many fathers and father figures balancing work and family life, join us for an engaging discussion exploring the intersection of career growth, leadership, and fatherhood.
Caring For Yourself While Caring for Others During Times of Uncertainty with Ali Hanlon.
May 2026: In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this session focused on self-care, resilience, caregiving, leadership, and navigating uncertainty both at work and in our personal lives. Ali shared her inspiring journey as a leader, mother, caregiver, and cancer survivor, along with practical insights on balancing wellbeing while supporting others.
The session also included interactive discussion, reflection activities, and an open Q&A in a supportive and welcoming space.
Black Maternal Health – Talk with Amber Bell
April 2026: In partnership with the Black Women’s Leadership Council we welcome Amber Bell professional doula and lactation consultant, Amber, focused on raising awareness around Black Maternal Health. This event will explored the unique health risks and systemic barriers faced by Black mothers, while creating a safe and supportive space for open conversation and shared experiences.

March 2026: Our Solo & Supported panel explored what it really looks like to parent alone while working — the challenges, the strength, and the support that actually makes a difference.
Financial Fundamentals for a Stronger Future
February 2026: In partnership with Young Professionals we welcomed Christine Liumuti, a dynamic financial educator known for breaking down complex concepts into practical, actionable steps. Whether just starting your financial journey or looking to sharpen your strategy, this session will give you the tools to make informed, intentional decisions.
Mental Health and Approachable Self Care
January 2026: We welcomed Jessica Hickie MC, LCT, CCC-Q to join us in support of approachable self-care strategies during the early months of the year. This is a time that can feel particularly demanding both emotionally and physically, and Jessica gave us realistic, compassionate ways to prioritize wellbeing.
