Welcome!
Our Amazing Team

Lauren Miller
Global President, US
I’m a mama to three wild and wonderful kids, I am so thankful I get to call mine. Every day is a reminder of just how much working parents and caregivers carry, and how it can be both beautiful and challenging. Navigating a full-time career while raising a family isn’t easy – but it’s also one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
I created CaPE because I believe no one should have to choose between being present at home and thriving at work – and more importantly, no one should have to do it alone. Caregiving requires strength, flexibility, and relentless love. It also takes a village, and CaPE is about building that village – one where we uplift, support, and champion each other through the beautiful chaos of caregiving and career. I am so excited you are here!

Britt Bonanno (She/Her)
Vice President, US
I’m a Global Corporate Investigator at Xerox and a co-parent to three amazing teens who constantly keep me humble (and highly caffeinated).
Becoming a “parent” did not come to me in a linear traditional way. Over a decade ago, I met my incredible soon to be superhero spouse with three kids under 4. I found myself in an already established parenting team as a “step-parent”, which has been one of the most rewarding and difficult journeys of my life.
I helped launch CaPE because I believe no one should feel like they’re doing this alone. I believe caregivers and parents deserve a space where their voices are heard, their challenges are acknowledged, and their growth is supported. I want this group to be a source of solidarity, resources, and honest conversation for anyone navigating the beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) balance of caregiving and career. Whether you’re managing toddler meltdowns or aging parent logistics between TEAMS calls, this group is here to remind you: you’re seen, supported, and definitely not the only one reheating your coffee for the third time..

I recently celebrated my 35-year anniversary with Xerox—a milestone that reflects a journey filled with growth, connection, and purpose. Throughout my tenure, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have played a meaningful role in fostering a sense of belonging and community.
I’m especially excited to be part of the launch of our newest ERG, CaPE—a supportive space for caregivers of all kinds to connect, share resources, and uplift one another.
In my primary role at Xerox, I manage the Field Reporting Systems. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two grown daughters and a caregiver for my elderly mother.

Sylwia Filozof
Marketing and Communications Director, UK
I’m a mum to a bright, spirited little boy, and like many of us, I’ve been learning to juggle full-time work, parenting, and finding myself again. Returning to a career after becoming a mother wasn’t easy—it meant rediscovering who I am outside of being ‘mum’, while also trying to be fully present at home. But I chose to go for it, because I want to show my son that you can be both—a devoted parent and a successful professional.
I joined CaPE because I believe no one should feel like they have to do this alone. Being a caregiver or a parent shouldn’t be seen as a professional disadvantage—we wear many capes, and with them come superpowers: empathy, resilience, adaptability, and strength. CaPE is a space to recognise that, support each other, and celebrate the value we bring to work and life.

Mental Health Champion, Canada
I’m a proud mom to two amazing sons—one is 20 and the other is 18. Balancing motherhood and a career has always been a juggling act, and life became even more dynamic when my youngest was diagnosed with epilepsy at birth and Autism at 3 years old. It’s been a journey filled with challenges, growth, and constant learning.
In 2023, I married my husband and was thrilled to welcome two wonderful bonus kids into our blended family.
I’m especially proud to have been part of the team that created CaPE ERG. Connecting with others who understand the unique experiences of parenting and caregiving has been incredibly meaningful and supportive.
I’ve been with Xerox for nearly 14 years and currently serve as a Canadian Direct Client Manager within the XDS organization.

I’ve had the privilege of building a fulfilling career within Xerox where I’ve grown through diverse roles and contributed across multiple lines of business. Each chapter has shaped my professional journey in meaningful ways yet, the role that has defined me most deeply and challenged me the most; is being a mom. It is, without question, the most important and rewarding assignment of my life. Balancing my career while being the best mom I can be to my kiddo is no easy task, and a major reason why I was drawn to being a part CaPE’s village.
I’ve also come to understand the role of caregiver, walking that path with my mother until her journey ended and now I walk it again with my father, who faces ongoing health challenges. Supporting him as he strives to maintain his independence has taught me volumes about resilience, grace, and the quiet strength it takes to show up each day with compassion. CaPE’s mission to support through connection, shared experiences and sense of belonging is such a needed resource that I am truly grateful to be involved in.

Roy Mulchrone
Philanthropy and Sponsorship Director, UK
I’m a senior leader at Xerox with 25 years’ experience and responsibility for over 250 people across 5 countries and multiple operations. I’m deeply committed to balancing high-performance leadership with strong wellbeing practices whilst prioritizing mental health, effective time management, and work-life balance while raising two young daughters. Alongside leading large-scale operations, managing financial performance, and supporting business growth; I’m actively coaching and mentoring colleagues, serving as a UK Mental Health Guardian, and volunteering with The King’s Trust and youth employability initiatives. I have a people-first mindset, curiosity, and dedication to giving back. I play an active Dad role in the house so responsibility is split regardless of my work commitments. I try to exercise as much as I can – I love going for a run – not as often as I would like nowadays but will get better. Outside of work title – Professional plate spinner

Oba Olalekan
Branding and Growth, Canada
Hi, I’m Oba—husband, girl dad, storyteller, strategist, and someone who believes caregiving isn’t a detour from purpose, but a doorway into it.
By day, I serve as a Client Manager at Xerox. Beyond that, I’m an award-winning author, social commentator, and mentor to youth and young adults. I’ve spent years helping brands and individuals find their voice—and lead with it. But nothing has shaped me more deeply than being present for my family: my wife and our two brilliant daughters.
I founded DADVENTURES to celebrate the joy, growth, and sometimes messy beauty of modern fatherhood—and to remind other dads that showing up with intention is one of the boldest forms of leadership.
As a Founding Member and Branding & Growth Advisor at CaPE, I’m passionate about building a community where caregivers and parents feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to thrive—both at work and at home. We shouldn’t have to choose between the people we love and the purpose we pursue. With CaPE, we’re proving that it’s possible to hold space for both—and flourish.
Whether you’re parenting, partnering, caregiving, or all of the above—please know this: you are not alone. Caregiving wears many faces, and every single one matters. Together, we’re building a village that strengthens the hands and hearts of those who give so much. I’m honoured to help build that village with you.
